- I started attracted more audience
- People who listened to me trusted me more and more
- I made more sales in the process
- Some of my following dropped (in fact a lot) but these were people who were not tuned in to my journey anyway. So no loss there
Step 2: Use a funnel or lead capture page to trade your free valuable content for email addresses. Now this makes sense because I was attracting the right audience looking for the value I was sharing. This meant I got a quality list of emails with people who are ready to listen to what I have to offer. The point is we are not looking to attract everybody and thats ok.
Step 3: Get them into an email marketing software and start communicating with that list. As soon as they put their details in my website for more information (which they received by the way) the communication starts. Now I know exactly what the list of email addresses are looking for and I can provide just that to them.
