With lots of changes rules and regulations in social media its increasingly becoming more complicated to go straight out promoting your company products on social media. Secondly, most of your target market on social media are running away from any ‘salesy’ type posts social media. So the best way in my opinion is by create either a blog or a series of articles that focus mainly on the product you intend to promote. In this case, simply create content around the products explaining the benefits and features and lean off into a sales process later on.

The second idea is to create educational style blogs or articles. These are blogs or post that educate your target audience about how your industry, product ingredients, pro’s and con’s, etc. Think about it, the possibilities are endless on how to approach it. By educating your target market, you become a trusted adviser in their eyes. This is a status you do not achieve simply by tweeting or updating posts on your social media wall. To become a trusted adviser, you need to display a certain level of knowledge and that comes from creating quality and very valuable content.
