Most of the times when we join or start our home business we know no one in the industry. We are not familiar with any names or positions and are completely clueless about the industry. It can be a very illusive industry because you need to be completely immersed.
The One Thing all MLM Leaders Do and Have in Common
They Connect with Other Leaders
Have you always noticed that the leaders in your company always have a private hangout? They may have a different circle of friends to other distributors within the company. And most of the times they do know other leaders in other companies. Isn’t that bizarre? Think about it this way; you hardly see any of the leaders hanging around most people during company conventions. You may say that these leaders have a “superiority complex” (at least that is what i used to think).
Why do Leaders Only Hang Around Leaders?
- Leaders know that to keep learning and increasing in knowledge, they need to be with people getting results using various techniques. These are things your company may not be able to teach you during conventions.
- They do so because of the quality of individuals they get to connect with. Leaders are quality people with a quality mindset and they know how to find them.
- They reach more people. Leaders know how to network and build an audience or at the very least an army of friends. They have a huge list and database. So connecting with other leaders means they get to reach more people within each other’s network.
- You see this especially on social media.

very true. this is another statement that is taken for granted. I noticed the more I moved away from certain circles the more knowledge I acquired for my busines and brand and that impacted on my income!
It’s more of upgrading your company as you step up in the business. Aside from the fact, of course, that you can exchange tips and knowledge on how to become more effective leaders.
Leaders spend time with each other for these reasons and more. It’s nice to surround yourself with people who are as successful or who have the same goals as you, it improves your productivity!

true statement. most times we dont get to associate and connect with the right people. I have also noticed another way to connect with leaders is by getting some sort of results and to let them know you are serious with your business. as most leaders do not like to associate with people who do not produce results
