The Benefits of Staying Round The Campfire In Your Network Marketing Business
When I started with my current company I was given three simple rules. These rules have kept me in the game and given the necessary motivation within the business to carry on. It is very important to stay motivated in the network marketing unless otherwise you are looking to quite anytime soon. Network marketing as you would know is 80% mindset, and the rest is the skills you acquire and the action you take. If you do not believe this then I will give you an example of a true story in a minute for you to know the value of your mindset within the game. In my recent bizz opp a person from my team quite and took a bunch of people with him to his new and chosen mlm company for reasons best known to him. Well, as it turns out I got into a discussion with this individual asking for reason but none made sense to me. The company was blamed throughout this whole conversation with him so then I asked one simple question;
I have been in two previous companies and this is my last until a build a massive team because I have learned the hard way, how about you how many have you been in?
Then he answers 9 companies. Initially this did not make any difference to me whatsoever, then it clicked – he had been in 9 previous companies and still have not seen any success. Well, on this occassion he blamed the company and its comp plan and everything he could find good or bad about the company. Why has he changed companies 8 times and still have not found success? Its very simple, his mind is in the wrong place. He would blame everyone but himself because everyone but him is wrong. Changing 8 previous mlm companies without success in any single one of them means to me that there is something wrong with the individual not the company.
So you could realise that mlm success is not just about the work you do but it is also mostly about your mindset. How much do you value the products and company you are promoting? Have you bought all the company products and used them? Have you attended all trainings? Are you doing the daily actions to get you closer?
We all forget these things and focus on the problems with the company and why the product is not perfect and bla bla bla… Forget that, nothing is perfect!
So to my point. Staying around the campfire means that you are connected with the team and the company. You are in-tune with everything that is happening. I have been out of tune for a very long time until I started understanding how the basics really work. Why does a new person come into mlm and builds a huge team at their first try with network marketing and some had to change companies 8 times? what is the differece? Mindset. That new person does not really have any bad habbits and thoughts from previous companies, they do not carry any baggages.
So Why Stay Round The Campfire

2. Its keeps you knowleadgable – the number of times I have missed important business updates from the company that could double my results and I have not known until later is just too many to count.
