Use your personal brand (especially if you are in the home business industry. I find twitter to be very huge on personal branding. This is just my opinion and it’s not written anywhere but I find it works better. Since most twitter users like to follow individuals its best to use your personal brand. This is where branding plays a very important role. I personal do not follow or follow back profiles with company logos. I want to connect with a person not an entity.
